The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants would appear before the Court of Magistrate on or before 18.1.2018. The learned Magistrate shall consider the application under Section 437 of Cr.P.C. on its own merits without being influenced by the withdrawal of this application. The applicants stand protected till 5 p.m. on
