Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP.

I have gone through the grounds in the application. The Sessions Court has released the applicant on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.10 lakhs along with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicant has already paid Rs.65 lakhs to the complainant's company. The balance amount is approximately Rs.70 lakhs.

Learned APP opposed the request.

Considering that the applicant has been granted bail, in my opinion, having regard to the present facts, the P.R.bond of Rs.10 lakhs is excessive and the same needs to be reduced to Rs.1 lakh with one or more sureties in the like amount. Ordered accordingly.

The applicant is permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs. 1 lakh for a period of 6 weeks in lieu of surety. 7.

The application is disposed of.
