Interim application has been preferred for condonation of delay of 82 days caused in filing the review petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they were not served in the main petition and they acquired knowledge during the execution proceedings before the trial Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners were well aware about the pending proceedings and no Patil-SR 1 of

Considering the submission that there was non service of main petition upon the petitioners herein and that the date of knowledge is stated to be upon being informed in the executing Court, in my view, there is sufficient explanation for the delay of 82 days caused in filing the review petition.

In view of the above, delay is condoned. Interim application stands allowed.
