Heard Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. 2.

Mr. Singh, at the outset, states that he is not pressing prayer clause (b) and he seeks leave to file separate interim application regarding prayer clause (b). Leave as prayed is granted. 3.

By this Interim Application, the Applicant who is the original Petitioner is seeking setting aside order dated 26th July 2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). By said conditional order the Applicant was directed to remove the office objections within 4 weeks failing which registration of Writ Petition was directed to be refused. 1/2

Mr. Singh states that the Writ Petition is not yet admitted. He states that objections could not be removed as the learned Advocate earlier appearing for the Petitioner had passed away on 30th June 2020 due to Covid.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (c) and (d). 6.

Office objections be removed within a period of 12 weeks from today.
