In pursuance of Order dated 10.06.2022, the Registrar Judicial - II has submitted a report dated 16.07.2022 regarding case status of Sessions Case No.171 of 2015 arising out of C.R. No.399 of 2015 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai. It is stated therein that, the Petitioner has been acquitted under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code and was convicted under Section 332 of Indian Penal Code and was directed to suffer simple imprisonment for three years. As the Petitioner had already undergone the said sentence as under trial prisoner, he was directed to be set at liberty forthwith. The said judgment was passed on 27.01.2020. 2.

In view of the above, Order dated 10.06.2022 has been complied with. The grievance of Petitioner does not survive any further. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
