Heard learned APP appearing for the Respondent - State. 2.

The grievance of the Petitioner in his application is for seeking CBI inquiry against his wife. According to the Petitioner his wife has filed a false case against him and has threatened his father and mother.

Learned APP has tendered report dated 16.06.2022 prepared by the Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Jail, Thane which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said report states that the Petitioner stands released on bail since 03.01.2019.

In view of the above status of the Petitioner, the grievance of the Petitioner can be addressed by the Petitioner himself and he can approach the appropriate Court / forum for redressal on his grievance. Hence, no order is required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 5.
