By this application, the applicant seeks temporary suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail, so as to enable him to attend the marriage of his sister. We, vide order dated 30th November, 2023, had asked the learned APP to verify the marriage card.

Learned APP states that the marriage card is genuine, however, the marriage is not of the applicant's sister, but his cousin sister.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to allow the appication.
