Heard learned counsel for applicant submits that learned Registrar (Judl.-II) by order dated 16th November 2022 directed the applicant to remove office objections within two weeks failing which registration of First Appeal Stamp shall stand refused without further reference to the Court. The applicant could not remove the office objections due to personal difficulty. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for applicant and the reasons mentioned in application, the order passed by learned Registrar Judicial (II) dated 26th November 2022 is quashed and set aside.
