Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the order dated 09.12.2015 passed by this Court, the First Appeal was adjourned sine die, in view of issue pending before the Supreme Court in respect of Section 9-A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Maharashtra). He submits that the said issue is already decided by the Supreme Court. He submits that in view of subsequent development, the First Appeal No. 1412 of 2014 be placed on board under caption for admission.

The learned counsel for the Respondents are not disputing this fact.

a) The Registry is directed to place First Appeal No. 1412 of 2014 on board under caption for admission on 09.04.2020.
