1. Heard Mr. Nishar, learned Advocate for Petitioner.

2. Mr. Nishar, learned Advocate for Petitioner would submit that pursuant to the decision of the Supreme Court in case of Alka Chandewar V/s. Shamshul Ishrar Khan1, the Application under Section 27(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has to be filed which was not filed.

3. In that view of the matter, he has sought withdrawal of the present Contempt Petition with liberty to file afresh if so need arises and strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the above order, Contempt Petition allowed to be withdrawn.
