Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Applicant was granted interim bail by an order dated 3 December 2018. Almost five years time has elapsed.

The learned Special PP, on instructions, submits that the interim order can be made absolute by directing the applicant to attend the office of the Central Commissionerate, Mumbai, till filing of the complaint. 4.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the order of interim bail dated 3 December 2018 is made absolute.
5.
The Applicant shall attend the office of the Central Commissionerate, Mumbai on every Friday in between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for a period of four SSP 1/2

The application stands disposed.
