Heard respective Counsel. Perused report. We find substance in contention of learned APP that alleged offence is of serious nature. Though initially FIR was u/s 326, 504 and 506II, later on section 307 of the Indian Penal Code has been added to it.

We have perused the report. We are not inclined to intervene in extra-ordinary jurisdiction. Hence we reject the Application.
