The order impugned in the petition grants stay to the order passed by the Assistant Registrar in exercise of power under Section (77)(a) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Therefore impugned order granting stay to the appointment of Administrator need not be interfered with. 2.

However, considering the nature of order passed, the Divisional Joint Registrar is directed to decide the revision Application No.526 of 2023 within three months from today. 3.
