Consent Terms are already tendered by parties on 07/08/2018 in Family Court, Thane. The proceedings u/s 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act are accordingly initiated and pending. As a part of Consent Terms, this proceeding is filed for quashing of FIR and consequential charge-sheet.

Respondent No.1 in person states that she wants to proceed further in life and hence is not interested in prosecution.

As there is no public angle, accepting the joint request, we quash and set aside the FIR No.292/17 and consequential charge-sheet dated 31/01/2018.
