This Application is filed by Appellant in Family Court Appeal seeking directions for disbursing the amount deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 24th February 2015 thereby disposing of the Family Court Appeal in terms of the consent terms. As per Clause 2 of the consent terms, the amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs was deposited in the fixed deposit in the name of daughter of the parties, Siya until she attains the age of majority. The said money with accumulated interest was to be utilized for daughter Siya's higher education. This Application is filed as daughter Siya has attained majority. A copy of Aadhar Card of daughter Siya is annexed as Exhibit 'B' to the Application.

Learned counsel for the Applicant has pointed out letter dated 5th May 2022 issued by the learned Assistant Registrar, Decree Department thereby intimating the Advocate for the Applicant to take necessary orders for the purpose of releasing the amount. In view of the submissions made in the Application, following order is passed. I.

Office is directed to disburse the amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs along with accumulated interest in favour of Siya Mehta in the bank account of IDBI Bank - 0181104000119603, IFSC Code: IBKL0000181, Branch Code: 000181.

Application is disposed of with above directions. III.
