In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a.

That by an Order of this Hon'ble Court the present Applicant be permitted to intervene in the present Writ Petition by directing the Petitioners to implead the Applicant as Party Respondent No. 7 in Writ Petition (St) No. 26819 of 2022."

The amendment shall be carried out forthwith in front of the Associate of this Court. Re-verification is dispensed with. The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
