The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was never intimated about the date of the examination. As such the Petitioner could not appear for the test. The learned counsel further submits that those candidates who have failed, were shown in the select list. The same is illegal. In the appointment order also, it was mentioned that the candidate should qualify Marathi and or English Typing Test within the period of one year from the date of their appointment. This itself shows that they were not qualified to be appointed. According to the learned counsel, illegality has been committed in the selection process. Mohite 1/2

42 wp9148-19.docx We have heard the learned Counsel for the Respondent nos.2 and 3 and the learned A.G.P. for Respondent no.1. The learned Counsel for the Respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that Wait List has lapsed. Appointments have been made. Selection process has been completed. Schedule was displayed on the website. The Petitioner did not participate in the selection process. The contention is that the Petitioner was not intimated about the date. It was for the Petitioner to keep track and open the web site. As the Petitioner has not participated in the selection process, it is not open for the Petitioner to assail selection of the candidates. The select / Wait List has also lapsed. In light of that, no interference is called for.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
