CORAM : H. M. BHOSALE REGISTRAR (JUDL-I) Date : 22/02/2023 The Applicant Mr. Deshmukh wishes to implead himself in the array of petitioners on account of death of his mother namely Shanta Babarao Deshmukh, who was petitioner.

He has placed on record affidavit of service whereby interim application is served upon the other side. None present for the other side. The aforesaid Interim Application is filed within limitation.

Here reference to provision under Chapter 2 Rule 3(i) of the High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 may conveniently be made, which empowers the Registrar to dispose of applications for entering on record the names of legal representatives of the deceased parties which are presented in time and/or in which there is no contest.

Having considered the aforesaid factual aspects coupled with the powers vested with the Registrar, the aforesaid Interim Application stands allowed.

The Applicant shall carry out necessary amendments in the matter within 14 days without fail.

The learned Advocate Mr. Deshmukh is directed to file typed copy of the Civil Application and amended Schedule in order to avoid inconvenience to the Hon'ble Court when the matter will be listed.
