This is an application for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing C.R.A. By order dated 8.1.2018, notice was issued to the respondents. Office remark shows that the respondents are duly served. However, none appears on their behalf. No reply is filed opposing the application.

After perusing the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Hence Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay is condoned. Order accordingly.
