The applicant herein has sought to condone the delay in filing the application for restoration, and also for restoration of Civil Writ Petition No.11650 of 2018, which was dismissed for not supplying spare copy. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that she will furnish spare copy to the Registry within one week, so as to pps

In view of the above statement, as well as in view of the reasons stated in paragraph no.5 of the application, the delay in filing application for restoration is condoned. Writ Petition no. 11650 of 2018 stands restored to the file, on furnishing of spare copy. 3.
