We find that though the appeal was lodged on or about 1st December, 2018, the English translation of the impugned judgment and other documents has not been provided. 2.
Mr. Gadhavi states that he will furnish the same within one week from today. If within one week the official translation is not submitted, appeal will stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The amount of Rs.5 lakhs shall be deposited before the next date i.e. 6th July, 2022 in case the appeal does not get dismissed for non supply of English translation. 4.
