In pursuance of our order dated 2 February 2024 the authority has taken a fair stand in as much as an order has been issued dated 7 February 2024, a copy of which is placed on record, granting the petitioners Scholarship for his foreign education. The question now remains of disbursal of an amount as set out in the said order. Let the amount of Scholarship as awarded be credited to the petitioners bank account within a period of ten days from today. 2.

We appreciate the fair stand taken by the department. In the above circumstances, further adjudication of the petition is not called for. 3.

Disposed of. No costs.
