By this First Appeal, appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 24/03/2017 passed by Ad-hoc District Judge, Pune in Land Reference No. 15/2002 for additional compensation. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for

(II) Printing dispensed with.

(III) Appellant to file private paper-book within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

(IV) Registry to call R & P immediately.

(V) The learned counsel Mrs. Goswami waives service for respondent nos. 1 & 3.
