This is an application for extension of facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 26th October, 2018. Applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant was further permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that RespondentCBI has been served with the notice of hearing of this application. Applicant has already furnished surety and the verification is

ORDER

i.

Facility of cash security of Rs.25,000/- granted by this Court vide order dated 26th October, 2018 is extended for a period of two weeks.

ii.

Application stands disposed off.
