The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that in these two appeals, namely, Family Court Appeal No.233 of 2018 and Family Court Appeal No.3 of 2019, the appellant and the respondent, i.e. husband and wife, subsequent to filing of the appeals have amicably settled their disputes and are residing under one roof. The grievances whatsoever raised in these appeals no more survive now and the appellant as such prays for withdrawal of the appeals.

Accordingly, both the Appeals are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
