Heard Mr. Shane Cardoz, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. This Civil Application is taken out seeking setting aside the order dated 23rd January 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial - II).

By the said order dated 23rd January 2019, the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) granted four weeks time to remove office objections, failing which registration of Second Appeal was directed to be refused without further reference to the Court along with all 1/2

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Order dated 23rd January 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is quashed and set aside.

Applicant to remove office objections within a period of 12 weeks from today.

Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
