1] After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of Sessions Case No.595 of 2014 does not conclude within nine months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

BA.2989-2017.doc 3] The record indicates that by an Order dated 10.4.2017 in Criminal Writ Petition No.370 of 2017, the Division Bench of this Court has directed the learned Sessions Judge to dispose of the Sessions Case No.595 of 2014 expeditiously. In view of the said direction, it is expected from the concerned learned Sessions Judge to expedite the trial of the said Sessions case expeditiously and in view thereof, the aforestated liberty is granted to the applicant.
