Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

When this Court was of the view that, prima-facie, the Administrative Tribunal is right in holding that the case of the petitioner could not have been considered under the quota of "physically handicapped candidates", the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be granted liberty to take out application for review claiming a limited relief in respect of the direction issued by the

Rane 2/2 WP-11311-2018 (SR.76) 26.11.2018 Tribunal to the petitioner to undergo "PET".

Hence, we dispose of the petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to apply for review before the Administrative Tribunal only as regards the direction to undergo "PET".

We make it clear that the issue of granting employment under the quota of "physically handicapped candidates", will no longer remain open.
