By filing this petition the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to ensure expeditious compliance of the judgment and award dated 10th February, 2014 passed by the EC Commissioner in Application (WCA) No.126/C-41 and the order dated 10th November, 2016 passed by the EC Commissioner in Application (ECA) No.567/G-63 of 2014.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent Nos.3 to 5 to take appropriate steps for recovery of the amount for which the petitioner has been held entitled by the Commissioner for award and compensation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
