In this application it is prayed that the amount of compensation that was deposited in this Court be transferred to the Claims Tribunal for being disbursement to the claimants in view of the fact that the First Appeal (St.) No. 18945 of 2010 has been dismissed long back.

The learned Counsel for the original appellant submits that there are instructions to seek restoration of the appeal.

The amount deposited in this Court be transferred to the Claims Tribunal, Mumbai after a period of eight weeks from today. In the meanwhile, if the original appellant seeks restoration of the appeal, this order be brought to the notice of the Court. 4.

The civil application is disposed of.
