In pursuance of Order dated 10.06.2022, the Registrar Judicial - II has forwarded report pertaining to Special Case No.156 of 2016 arising out of C.R. No.148 of 2016 registered with Charkop Police Station, Mumbai. The learned Judge presiding over in Court Room No.10, Sessions Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai in its report dated 15.07.2022 has stated that, the said case is now scheduled for recording of statement of accused under Section 313 of Criminal Procedure Code.
