By the present application, the applicant has prayed that, he may be permitted to give solvent surety from Solapur district, as he is a ordinary resident of Solapur and though he has been granted bail, he is still languishing in jail since last fourteen months due to said onerous condition. 2] Heard Mr.Kakade, the learned Amicus curiae for the applicant and the learned APP.
