A copy of the resolution passed by the petitioner is annexed to the consent terms. The signatures of the parties are identified by their respective advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

501-wp82-18 hands over two cheques to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 in compliance with the consent terms. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 accepts those cheques from the petitioner in compliance with the consent terms. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs.
