Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant had sought to condone the delay of 1 year 16 days in filing the appeal. By order dated 19.07.2022, this Court (Coram : Milind Jadhav, J.) had condoned the delay and allowed the application in terms of prayer clause (b), subject to deposit of entire compensation within a period of six weeks.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the amount has been deposited before the Claims Tribunal. In the light of the said statement, and in view of order dated 19.7.2022, the delay condonation applications stands disposed of.
