The petitioner has prayed to expedite the trial. It is stated that petitioner is a heart patient. Keeping in view of the averments in the application we direct the expeditious hearing of Special Case No. 175 of 2015 arising out of C. R. No. 242 of 2015 registered with Kurar police station for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 354, 506, 509 and Section 4 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act as expeditiously as possible and decide the same within eight weeks from receipt of the copy of this order. 2.

The petitioner and the prosecution shall extend full cooperation for early decision of the aforesaid case. 3.
