1.

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. By these civil applications the applicants pray that the applicant be permitted to deposit Rs.50,000/- before the Small Causes Court, Pune, on or before 9 January 2018 and the further balance outstanding of Rs.54,000/- be permitted to be deposited on or before 10 July 2018. It is further prayed that the directions as contained in the earlier orders to pay compensation of Rs.2000/- per month be made effective from the month of February,2018.

2.

Having perused the averments as made in the civil applications. It is in the interest of justice that the civil applications be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) more particularly in view of the fact that the civil revision applications are pending hearing before this Court and that the applicants intend to deposit the amounts as set out in the prayers before the trial Court, till the decision of the civil revision applications. It is however made clear that the applicants shall strictly confine to the time limit by which the amounts are to be

3/3 deposited by the applicants and no further indulgence on this count shall hereinafter be granted.

3.

In view of the above discussion, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), however, subject to the above observations.

4.

The amount of Rs.50,000/- be deposited on or before 23 January 2018.

5.

Civil applications are disposed of in the above terms. (G.S.KULKARNI, J.)
