Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed and seeks liberty to file an application before the appropriate Court in the changed circumstances. It is made clear that the applicant is on temporary bail and is directed to surrender before Karmala Sub-Jail, Solapur on or before 24th January 2018. The applicant shall first surrender before the Sub-Jail and then file the appropriate application. Upon failure to report on or before 24st January 2018, the learned Magistrate shall not entertain the bail application.
