2. The limited grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 26.10.2017 is for seeking permission to argue his Criminal Writ Petition.

3. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 12.06.2022 which states that the Petitioner stands released on covid parole since 21.05.2020. The request made by the Petitioner does not subsist. Hence no direction can be passed in the present writ petition.

4. With the above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
