The only contention urged on behalf of the Petitioner is that instead of Gala No.1, which is the secured asset, the Respondent No.1-Bank is likely to take possession of Gala No.2, which is not the secured asset. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1-Bank makes a statement that the Respondent No.1-Bank is proceeding to take possession of Gala No.1 only and not Gala No.2.
