This is an application for modification of the condition of the order dated 14/9/2023.

Learned APP requested for some time. However, in the light of the order that I propose to pass, it may not be necessary to adjourn this matter.

The applicant was directed to attend the investigating ofÏcer of CBD Belapur Police Station, once in a week on 1/2

Diksha Rane 512 IA 4392-23.doc every Saturday of the week, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. The applicant has been attending regularly since his enlargement on bail.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The condition (d) be modified as follows"

"The applicant now to attend the the investigating ofÏcer of CBD Belapur Police Station, once in a month every first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the trial concludes."
