Mr.Saraogi, learned Counsel submits on instructions that the petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition. As a matter of fact Mr.Pandurang Niwate, Secretary of the Petitioner is present in person. We have also perused his written instructions dated 13th July, 2021. 3.

In view of above, we allow withdrawal of the Writ Petition. 4.
