This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the grant of relief. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has a good case on merits. For the reasons assigned in ground No. C to H, the delay of 33 days needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.
