ORDER:

By this Application the State of Maharashtra seeks extension of time to decide the proposal of Petitioners in terms of the order dated 5 December 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.32098 of 2017 (now Writ Petition No.13567 of 2017). By that order this Court had directed the Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune to pass an appropriate order on the said proposal on or before 20 December 2017. Though the Civil 1/2

We accede to the request of the learned AGP and extend the time for a period of two weeks from today to comply with the order dated 5 December 2017 and pass appropriate order.
