Learned advocate submits that the parties have amicably settled the matter for Rs.47,50,000/- before Lok-Adalat held on 17th March 2019. Learned counsel also tendered photocopy of the order dated 17th March 2019 disposing off the execution proceedings vide Exhibit-1 in Regular Darkhast No.48 of 2019. In view of the statement, learned counsel for applicant-appellant seeks withdrawal of this appeal. The First Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
