We have heard the respective learned counsel appearing for the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to grant liberty to the Petitioners to make a comprehensive application/ representation to the Collector, District Pune, setting out their grievances. If the Petitioners tender application / representation within a period of two weeks from today, the Collector shall, in observance of law and after extending an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, pass appropriate orders or issue necessary directions as expeditiously as possible, Borey 1/2

spb/ 12wp8930-18.odt preferably within six weeks from the date of the receipt of the application/ representation of the Petitioners. With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.

It is clarified that this court has not considered the merits of the contentions raised by the Petitioners and it would be open for the Collector to look into the grievance of the petitioners and issue necessary directions. (N.J. JAMADAR, J.) (R.M. BORDE,J.) .....
