The Petitioner is a convict in Case No.231 of 2017. By Application dated 01.12.2017 the Petitioner has sought his transfer from Nashik Road Central Prison to Thane Central Jail. 3.

The competent authority is directed to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and if the same subsists till date, redress the same in accordance with law if the Petitioner is entitled for the same.
