Learned Counsel for petitioner 9led praecipe for 9xing early date of hearing. He submits that by this writ petition they are challenging the order dated 24.10.2018 passed by the Court below directing them to join the third party as a defendant in the suit. Considering this fact and as the impugned order is of October 2018, following order is passed :

a) Petitioner to remove all of9ce objections on or before 16.03.2019, failing which writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

b) Petitioner to serve the Respondent by private notice along with entire proceeding either by RPAD and or by hand delivery and 9le af9davit of service to that effect on or before 16.03.2019.
