This is an application for condonation of delay of 277 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and order dated 17.1.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karad, District-Satara in Special Case No.65/2018. 2.

It is mentioned in the application that the applicant is a poor person and does not have knowledge of legal proceedings. His family could not take any steps to file appeal because of their poor financial status. This appeal is filed through the help of the Legal Services Authority of this Deshmane(PS)
