1. By this petition, the petitioners are stated to be the members and office bearers of the Bharat Forge Kamgar Sanghatana have challenged an orders dated 31 st October, 2017, 12 th December, 2017 and 15 th December, 2017 which, inter alia, direct the petitioners to hand over the keys of the office of the registered union and also the books of account and other records to an Administrator appointed by the Industrial Court by 10 th February, 2018.

2. On behalf of the petitioners and the respondent nos.1 to 9, the learned counsel appearing state that they have arrived at an amicable and workable solution. They have tendered minutes signed by the petitioners, their Advocates as well as the Advocate for respondent 1/2

901.wp-14173.17.doc nos.1 to 9, who states that his clients are unable to remain present today as they are gainfully employed but have agreed to the aforesaid minutes.

3. On behalf of the company, the learned counsel states that the company is desirous of working of the disputes inter se between the petitioners and the respondent nos.1 to 9. However, by the present petition, what is challenged the three impugned orders which do not in any manner prevent the respondent no.11 from arriving at any workable solution as between the petitioners and respondent nos.1 to 9. In the circumstances, I pass the following order:- (i) There will be an order in terms of the Minutes of even date signed by the petitioners, their Advocates and the Advocate for respondent nos.1 to 9 on behalf of his clients.

(ii) Petition is disposed of in terms of the Minutes. (iii) No orders as to costs.
