In paragraph 3, the word mentioned as "Shashikant" shall be read as "Shrikant:".

In paragraph 3(a), the words mentioned as "arising out of" shall be substituted by the word "and". The following paragraph be added as paragraph Pg 1 of 2

"The Judgment and order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the Ld. Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-op. Societies, Nashik in Revision No.54 of 2016 and judgment and order dated 18.12.2015 passed by the Ld. Dy. Registrar attached to Nashik Jilha Nagari Sahakari Banks Association Ltd. Nashik in Application No.300 of 2015 are set aside." In paragraph 3(b) the words "and Application No.300 of 2015" be added after the words "301 of 2015". In paragraph 3(f), page 3, of the said order it is made clear that "The parties are directed to appear before the learned Deputy Registrar attached to Nashik Jilha Nagari Sahakari Banks Association Ltd., Nashik on 19th April, 2018 at 11.00 a.m."

The order stands corrected accordingly.
